If your plans should change unavoidably, please advise us as soon as possible! 1) With two weeks or more advance notice we are happy to reschedule your visit for any convenient date available. 2) If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, with two weeks or more prior notice, you may choose to receive a credit on account for the full amount of your prepayment (valid for six months from date of issue), or you may request a refund of your prepayment minus a $75 per suite/per marriage ceremony cancellation fee.
3) Cancellations with less than two week’s notice are non-refundable. |

Check In - 3-4pm. If an earlier or later arrival time is needed, please make arrangements when booking your reservation.
Check Out - by 11am
Smoking - Our entire facility is smoke-free inside and out. Thank you for your cooperation.
Occupancy - All rates are based on double occupancy.
Children - Our Inn specializes in romantic getaways for non-smoking adults. Young adults 13-18 are allowed to stay with parent(s) in our Valley View suite for an additional $50 per person/per night.
Pets - We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets. (Local boarding facilities are available and can be found at this site.) The one exception to our policy regarding pets would be for people with disabilities who require the use of a service animal.
Phone - In case of an emergency, please provide our phone number (970-586-3100) to your family and friends before leaving for your getaway. Messages will be promptly relayed to you. |

We reserve the right to ask any guest who is causing a disturbance of any kind, to leave the premises at once. All deposits and payments made will be forfeited, and all expenses resulting from the disruptive behavior will be charged to the credit card on file. |

Valid for six months (and upgradeable), gift certificates make an excellent and thoughtful gift for any occasion! An electronic PDF color version of your gift certificate will be emailed to you, suitable for printing and giving to your recipient. NOTE: Gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. No refund will be made for any unused portion. Gift certificates are not available through our on-line booking system, but must be ordered and redeemed via phone only at 970-586-3100. |

We are pleased to offer a 10% Active Military Discount (with ID), or a 10% Extended Stay Discount for stays of four or more nights. However, no discounts are available through our on-line booking system. Applicable discounts must be requested at the time of your phone reservation, and may not be applied after the fact. Only one discount or special may apply to any stay. |

Single Night Cleaning Fee |
|
A $25 One Night Stay cleaning fee will be charged if staying a Friday or Saturday night only during our high season (Mid-May through Mid-October), or if staying a single night during any holiday throughout the year. |

Weekend and Holiday Minimum Stays |
|
Advance reservations that include a Saturday night (Mid-May through Mid-October) and holidays throughout the year, require a two night minimum stay. However, occasionally single nights do become available. We encourage you to call 970-586-3100 to check availability. |

Prepayments (Advance Deposits) |

100% of your reservation total is due at the time of booking. All payments must be made by MasterCard or Visa. |

Sales taxes are not included in any of our published rates. (A total of 9.7% sales and lodging tax will be added to your suite rental.) |
