If your plans should change unavoidably, and you must cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible! In all cases a transferable gift certificate, valid for one year, in the full amount of the unused portion of your prepayment, will be offered. If it is determined that your circumstances are such that a gift certificate is not appropriate, the following will occur: 1) If a cancellation notice is received at least (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, a refund of your prepayment less a $25 per suite processing fee will be made; 2) If a cancellation notice is received less than (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your suite, a refund of your prepayment less a $25 per suite processing fee will be made; 3) If a cancellation notice is received less than (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we are unable to re-rent your suite, no refund of your prepayment will be made. (However, you will receive a transferable gift certificate valid for one year for the full unused portion of your prepayment.) |

Check In - 3-4pm. If an earlier or later arrival time is needed, please make arrangements when booking your reservation.

Occupancy - All rates are based on double occupancy. For our Single Occupancy Discount, please call and request when booking your reservation. Discounts are not available through the online booking system.
Children - Our Inn specializes in romantic getaways for adults. Young adults 13 and older are allowed to stay with parent(s) in our Valley View suite for an additional $50 per night.
Pets - To insure the comfort of our allergic guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets. (Local boarding facilities are available and can be found at this site.) The one exception to our policy regarding pets would be for people with disabilities who require the use of a service animal.
Smoking - Our entire facility is smoke-free inside and out. Thank you for your cooperation.
Phone - In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the Inn, our guest room phones allow only outgoing local calls. In case of an emergency, please provide our main number (970-586-3100) to your family and friends before leaving for your getaway. Messages will be promptly relayed to you. |

We reserve the right to ask any guest who is causing a disturbance of any kind, to leave the premises at once. All deposits and payments made will be forfeited, and all expenses resulting from the disruptive behavior will be charged to the credit card on file. |

Valid for an entire year, transferable and upgradeable, gift certificates make an excellent and thoughtful gift for any occasion! An electronic PDF color version of your gift certificate will be emailed to you, suitable for printing and giving to your recipient. (Gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. No refund will be made for any unused portion.) |

We are pleased to offer a number of discounts throughout this Web site. However, none are available through our online booking system. They must be requested at the time of your phone reservation, and may not be applied after the fact. Only one applicable discount or special may apply to any stay. |

Single Night Cleaning Fee |

A $25 One Night Stay cleaning fee will be charged if staying a Friday or Saturday night only during our high season (May 16-October 18, 2008), or if staying a single night during any holiday throughout the year. |

Weekend and Holiday Minimum Stays |

Advance reservations that include a Saturday night (May 16 through October 18, 2008) and holidays throughout the year, require a two night minimum stay. However, occasionally single nights do become available. We encourage you to call 970-586-3100 to check availability. |

Prepayments (Advance Deposits) |

100% of your reservation total is due at the time of booking. (All payments must be made by MasterCard or Visa.) |
